Article 27 report on projects that shed light on human rights issues in a new, creative or interesting way, in areas such as music, film, arts, design, digital, technology and new media.
Article 27 was founded in 2012 and it is made up of a team of writers located in both the UK and US who write about projects found from all over the world.
Our name is inspired by Article 27 from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Article 27:
1. Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
